Casting PU(CPU), liquid resins reacted in casting processing, is a main type in PU, and its output is the largest.
CPU properties:
Liquid materials casted or injected into the mold reacting then solidified to molding type, large,thick and complex products could be manufactured in this method.
* Wheel core materials optional: metal, plastic, rubber, composite material and etc.
* Little or no mold fee is required as we have most of them in stock.
* Over 30 stocked color options and customized colors available.
* Sand-blasting machines for small and big wheels/roller/parts separately.
* Normal hardness: shore 5A to 98A to 80D,other hardness can be discussed.
* Bearing is optional, import or domestic, included or not.
* Customize according to requirement or drawing ( include axis )
